Return Policy

RETURNS

Return request has to be made by e-mail within 7 days after receiving the item(s) you purchased. Due to the characteristics of the item(s) of once-in-a-lifetime formal wear, we don’t offer you a return or refund after 7 days from your receiving date. After receiving your return request, we'll send a Return Authorization Number by e-mail. We don't accept any return without a Return Authorization Number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item with any kind of alteration or damage by pinning or any other damages unrecoverable to the original salable condition is not eligible for a return.

Restocking fee may apply up to 50% of the item price depending on the condition of the returned merchandise and the cost of repair and/or cleaning. Use special cautions when you try on the formal gown, especially wedding gown, by getting professional's help, by wearing a face mask and by choosing a proper place with a clean floor. It is extremely easy to get dirt and stains when you try on a wedding gown and the recovering cost is a lot more than you usually think it is.

Return shipment has to be made at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with a Return Authorization Number within your return package. For the return shipment, we recommend to use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and/or any restocking fee incurred or rejection of your refund.
For the approved return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you don't receive a refund in 10 days, check your bank account and credit card account again and contact us at tomsbridal@gmail.com. It may take additional processing time before your refund is officially posted.
